Our Story

My passion for cooking started at a very young age. By the time I was 12, I was making Indian Street Food favourites and experimenting with different flavours. I was fortunate enough to learn some of the skills and techniques of the talented cooks I grew up around. No matter the cuisine, I was always present, watching everything, enthralled by the unlimited possibilities in the kitchen and making mental notes for when I would try to recreate the recipes later on. Don’t get me wrong, I love all types of food, but Indian food stole my heart.
